We believe that risk management as a specialist activity is becoming outmoded. We believe that it will soon be replaced by Good Management Techniques for survival in our Uncertain World…practiced by all.
This is being driven by pace of change and the increasing occurrence of fast moving, interconnected and interdependent events which are impacting every day life. Risk managers and their plans just can’t keep up.
Risk management is just an exercise in solid management and the exercise of sound judgement in trade offs between where you want to get to and what can stop you, or slow you down.
We believe that it is now time to apply a common sense approach to good management in our uncertain world.
It is time to take a leap from obfuscation and complexity …to plain talking and simplicity.
