New crisis management guidelines issued by the BSI

The British Standards Institute, (BSI), have released PAS 200: Crisis management guidance and good practice.  These guidelines represent the first independently issued reference for crisis management globally and are aimed at all organisation types and levels – government, commercial, NGO from medium to enterprise level.
