Business Continuity
RMI assists clients with the development and validation of their Business Continuity capabilities.
The Business Continuity Management (BCM) assistance provided by RMI includes:
· Evaluation of potential risks which your organization faces and an analysis of their likely impact on the organization
· Conduct of an audit to establish your organization’s current preparedness to deal with potential incidents or events
· Design of plans which will enable your organization to respond to, control and manage an emergency in the most effective manner, and to achieve full recovery within the shortest possible time-frame.
· Assistance to clients in validating Business Continuity plans through the conduct of tersts and exercises, and in the design and implementation of an ongoing maintenance programme designed to ensure the continuous improvement of your Business Continuity capability.
RMI’s Business Continuity Planning Process is outlined in the diagram below, and describes the full BCM process from project initiation to process / (plan) maintenance. The process outlined includes all key stages of a Business Continuity Management project and is based on industry best practice as promulgated by the Business Continuity Institute (BCI) of which we are members.
