In recognition of the critical role played by an organisation’s employees in preventing and responding to critical incidents, RMI provides training and exercising in a number of risk management disciplines.
In relation to Risk Management training, RMI can provide three options as follows:
1. Client chooses
2. RMI develops and delivers a customised training programme
3. Clients choose courses from a menu of available training courses
Customised training programme
A customised training programme is designed to meet the specific training needs of an organisation through:
1. Clarifying and agreeing at the beginning the objectives for the training
2. Customising the content
3. Structuring and managing the programme to meet the organisations needs
4. Evaluating the training to ensure objectives have been met

Prior to commencement of any training programme, it is recommended that a Training Needs Assessment is completed which provides a thorough evaluation of training needs within your organisation.
